George (curious, that is) baked a lasagna using a homemade solar cooker. Here is our attempt at it...
instead of lasanga we chose to bake cookies. After about 6 hours in the hot sun on top of the car, it was a melted pile of goo. No baking occurred. Bummer...no science lesson happened that day. Next year I'll have to try it with a pizza box, and instead of cookies...perhaps just fry an egg for effect.
